17 to 22 Months
"Joy to the World!" ... We've had a lot to sing about lately -- and that's why my page hasn't been updated as often. Daddy got a new job. Mommy got a promotion. And we all moved into a new house. I even got my own room and bathroom!
I helped to decorate our 8-foot Christmas tree, even climbing a stepstool to get better access. I liked putting four ornaments per spot.
Here's one of my favorite play areas, the family room! (You can see me on the far right, having Auntie Liz read me a story.) Mommy and Miss Eileen "sueded" the walls using two colors of paint. I offered to help, but they wouldn't let me.
My first snow. Why do I have socks on my hands? Auntie Liz snuggled me while I was on the hood of her car -- you can't even see the car here!
I have very good table-manners at my favorite fast-food place. The chicken strips are to die for!
This year for Halloween, I was a butterfly fairy. See my wings? I went to about 8 neighborhood homes and was thrilled when they gave me "choc-y."
I always like to goof around with my friend Scotty.
I'm the queen of Ikea (I picked this as my throne!) and I gaze over my subjects from atop the bridge at the mall playground. I've been climbing to the top of this bridge since I was just 12 months old!
Grandpa cuddles his Future President.
In July, I dressed the part as I sampled a great new food called watermelon. I got some at Great Grampy's family reunion. (To see more pictures of the reunion, click here.) |
