Now I'm 4!
It seems like only yesterday that I was 3. (The night before my birthday, I said, "I want to be 3 forever. Until I'm 30." Mommy said, "Don't we all.") But now I'm a big girl -- I go to preschool and everything. I can read and write a few words, and I'm learning more all the time. I'm a terrific big sister -- right now I'm helping Teddy learn to crawl. He already rolls very well (because he's very round) and has pulled up once on his own. He's come very close to saying the same first word that I did, "Buhbahbuhboh," which means "crazy" in Thai. He squeals with delight when we say, "Rubber baby buggy bumpers!" When he cries, I know how to soothe him. Although some days I wish I had Mommy and Daddy to myself, I love my baby brother!
My pal Allison helps me dig in the sandbox.
I'm getting so big! In the first picture, I'm "nursing" my doll NayNay. In the second, I'm making some fresh salsa with Auntie Kathy. I smell the tomatoes to make sure they are at the peak of freshness.
I'm learning to ride a bike. At Halloween, I was Little Red Riding Hood. (Teddy was Humpty Dumpty.)
An angel with itty bitty horns.
Ride 'em, Cowgirl! Grandpa serves as my trusty steed.
Teddy's first solid food
"Hmmm. I wonder what that is?"
"It's awful! Get it out! Get it out!"
That's OK, Teddy. It's only applesauce.
It's ALWAYS a good time to be a princess.
Even Allison embraces her princess-hood.
Christmas
"Who ever heard of a skinny Santa?"
Santa brought Kim Possible and rainbow flowers for my hair.
Teddy helps Auntie unwrap.
Did I mention that teddy has a big tongue?
Teddy's first haircut
Before, during and after. "Hey! That wasn't so bad!"
Teddy looks just like one of my stuffed animals. My bed is packed with them.
My brother is a messy eater ...
but he cleans up well!
